Events

The Dighton Art Association will meet on Monday, August 14th at 7:00pm at Carl Stonstrom's house, 1226 Williams Street, Dighton. The agenda for the meeting will include:

• Dighton Arts Festival plans - September 24th
• Fall meetings and programs
• North Dighton Post Office display case (August and September). We have the display case scheduled at the North Dighton post office for both August and September (Gordie called a couple of days ago to let us know it is also available to us in August). I'll put a Dighton Art Association sign up either today or sometime next week. If you have anything you want to display, please see Gordie or Kerry at the post office. They have the lock/key to the display case. If you put something in there, please label it with your name and phone number. There are a couple of shelves and several hooks for hanging items. Display will be on a first come first served basis -- if there is a lot interest, we might need to limit the length of time that items can be displayed. We will discuss at the meeting on 8/14.
